My CD

My final CD
This is the final version, of my CD. As the CD included many features from the outside panels it was not long to replicate and create my very own. I begun by drawing a circle in the centre of the panel using the grid tool to make sure it is accurate. I then replicated the colour of the CD by taking the colourful crosshatching and using the same technique on my own CD. This is evident as shown between Calvin Harris's CD and his album cover.
Here you can see, how both exterior covers have led to some inspiration to the final CD. This includes the same colour scheme and the same font. Looking at my front cover all I did was copy and paste the font, following the repertoire and necessity to keep a maximum of 3 fonts.Which I used 2. The borders on the CD was  used by adding an inner glow which makes it look as if the CD is shining. This also follows the same colour scheme. I included for smaller circles surrounding the CD to create a grip effect which makes it easier for the consumers to get a hold of the CD. An expected feature. I had alter the purple squares that sat behind my name and name of the CD as the colours clashed and made it a little unnoticeable.
