Inside Panels
Beginning on the inside panels lead for an expected recap on what is to be included:
This is the inside panel of Hip Hop Artist Soulja Boy's digipak and as expected from an R&B/Hip Hop background, a series of endorsements and acknowledgments. Personally this is not a road I will be following as firstly it does not conform to my genre but it additionally is not anything really extra for the fan who went the extra mile to purchase the digipak.
Similarly, The inside panels for the Cosmic Game seemed a bit bland. However the inside of any album is typically required to have small track listing and information about the company which has been illustrated and will be incorporated in my inside panels. But with something extra...
The Jackson Five's digipak included what I'd call something worth buying as there is unique artwork of the artists on the inside panel, something you would not expect to see on an album cover so it signals that there is an incentive to purchase it for the dedicated fan. But also due to the face thats there are panels inside allowing for the disc to be slid in and an additional book. I will be also incorporating this idea in my own digipak as the clearest distinction between a digipak and a normal album is the additional bonuses and perks. If you're digipak is identical to a typical cd, lacking compelling artwork. It seems to mirror just an ordinary album.
