(Planning) Fonts

In my opinion the roll that the font plays in a digipak is quite a huge one. It immediately tells the viewer what genre the album is and also gives them a hint as to what the artist style/ image is. So when choosing my font I had do make sure that it was one that stood out and was easily readable. As you can see from all the images in the the slide show, it is best so either have a dark background with a relatively bright font colour or a bright background with quite a dark font colour. The artist name is usually shown to be bigger than the album name as it is the most important out of the two, however it is not mandatory to do this.
