Production of music video
We did some filming at Barbican. We asked permission from one of the staff before we filmed just to ensure that they were happy for us to film, depsite it being a public area. It was very tiring, cold and we all got home very late!! Below are a few images we took as we were filming.
We wanted to use this view as one of our shots, however it didn't look too good on the video camera as it was raining and so looked a little fuzzy. We decided to take a picture using our still camera instead, which we may use in our video.
Our artist Nathan, and his two friends Asilhan and Temi walked down these halls as I filmed them.
They also walked up these stairs too. I filmed them coming up them and I was standing at the top. We had to pause during some parts of our filming sessions as passer-bys interrupted. As you can see the guys are waiting on the side of the stairs. This was very time-consuming but we had to be pateient.
We decided to get a clip of this as it looked really good! The human-figures actually walk on the screen and we thought this will look really good as one of our random shots in our music video. They also link to our electro pop/party film as the neon orange lights glow amazingly against the dark.
Unfortunately it started to rain (luckily, it was very light rain) so we had to use the big umbrella which we borrowed from the college media department. We didn't want the camera getting wet!!
