As soon as you enter the website you are immediately shown the artist name as a header, in a sort of digital font similar to one u might find on a calculator (a relatively old one). The reason why I believe this is used is because it relates to the artist image/ style of music, it is a font that can be associated with both the terms electro & old school; which I believe relates to the artist music and image really well. Just by looking at it you can tell that it was designed in a way that portray the artist as sort of New school/ Electro/ Vintage. The header also contains an image of the artist that was also used for the cover of this debut album I Created Disco. One other thing that I noticed in the header was disco lights in the background, this is an example of the artist promoting their image and songs; hence the title of his debut album.
Another thing I noticed about the website was the fact that there was an embedded video on the home page. This is there to give the viewer a taste of the artists music encase they haven’t heard it before and also to promote the artist most recent single, which in this case is him featuring on We Found Love by Rihanna. Below the video are links to iTunes were you can purchase this single.
If you look to the left of the page there is a live twitter feed from the artists twitter, this gives the viewer a way to keep up with the artist on a daily basis seen as most artist constantly update their twitter accounts. One other way that the artist can benefit from this is that it will help him generate more followers on his twitter because he is promoting it through his website. The use of social media has pretty much become a requirement of musicians in this day and age. This allows artists to easily communicate with fans, and is a great promotional tool. 
As we scroll down the page we see more and more ways in which we can keep up-to-date with the artist i.e. Newsletters, Facebook, Tumbler and Google. We are also shown other relevant information such as other artist that Harris has signed, but not only are we given information about this new artist there is also a sample of their music embedded from another website called SoundCloud; it is fair to say that this site uses multimedia very well.
Other relevant info that I mentioned earlier also include things such as tour dates and once again another embedded music video from the artist followed by a link were that particular single can be purchased.
